Booking Policy

Some travelers might like to share moments from their trips, but Villa Astrea is said to be one of the secrets of Zakynthos that will force you to turn your phone off for a couple of days and simply enjoy your stay. And that’s all the austerity our people hope for.

Payment Policy

  • A credit card is required to secure the booking.
  • To confirm your booking, 30% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card.
  • The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • If booking is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival date, no cancellations fee will be changed to your credit card.
  • If booking is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the booking will be charged to your credit card.
  • If booking is cancelled less than 40 days prior to arrival date, 75% of the total amount of the booking will be charged to your credit card.
  • If booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date, 100% of the booking will be charged to your credit card.
  • In case of a no show, the total cost of your stay will be charged to your credit card.
  • In case of early departure, the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.

Insurance

Each guest is responsible for their own insurance coverage (which we strongly recommend) against instances of theft, personal accidents, trip cancellations e.t.c. Care should be taken during the stay for unsupervised children. Valuables that are left behind are the responsibility of the visitor. Villa Astrea is not responsible for any personal or material damage induced due to the aforementioned or similar incidents.
